Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling through Employ wise software.
- Maintain and update HR records and employee database.
- Assist in payroll processing.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Create HR Dashboards on regular basis.
- Generate MIS reports on regular basis.
Required Skills/ Work Experience
- Experience: 3-5 years in HR operations.
- Must have experience in Employ wise Software.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
