Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling through Employ wise software.
  • Maintain and update HR records and employee database.
  • Assist in payroll processing.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
  • Create HR Dashboards on regular basis.
  • Generate MIS reports on regular basis.

Required Skills/ Work Experience

  • Experience: 3-5 years in HR operations.
  • Must have experience in Employ wise Software.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
