Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Website Developer with 1-2 years of experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in WordPress development and a solid foundation in computer science, enabling them to create webpages and customize code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role requires a strong understanding of UX principles and user journey optimization to improve website conversion rates. Familiarity with webmaster tools, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and creating ad-specific landing pages is essential. The candidate should also be capable of developing small, web-based tools/calculators that enhance the functionality and interactivity of our website.

What you will be doing.

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites for our B2B SaaS platform.
• Create optimized landing pages for paid advertising campaigns that align with performance marketing goals.
• Explore plugins or develop custom components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Work with popular WordPress plugins such as Avada, Rank Math SEO, WP Rocket, WPForms, ACF, and Custom Post Type UI.
• Collaborate with marketing & design teams to optimize website UX and user journey for improved conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Set up and manage tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion goals.
• Create small custom web-based tools or utilities as needed to support product and marketing efforts.
• Implement and monitor A/B tests and other performance experiments to enhance website performance.
• Ensure websites meet best practices in performance, security, and accessibility.
• Perform regular website maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging.

You are perfect for the role if you have...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in website development, with a focus on WordPress.
• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color, and responsiveness.
• Familiar with UX principles and experienced in designing intuitive user journeys for CRO.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot custom code when required.
• Experience in creating high-converting landing pages for paid marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools.
• Experience conducting and analyzing A/B testing.
• Ability to build small web-based tools or interactive components.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred.
