We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient
Versatile WordPress Developer
to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, visually stunning, and highly engaging websites. This role requires a strong blend of front-end development expertise, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to implement subtle-to-complex
motion graphics and interactive animations
that elevate the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-End Development:
    Design, build, and modify custom, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible WordPress themes and child themes using
    HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript/jQuery
    .
  • UI/UX Implementation:
    Translate high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and design prototypes (from tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect, functional WordPress pages, ensuring
    technical feasibility of all UI/UX designs
    .
  • Interactive Design & Motion:
    Implement and optimize
    motion graphics, micro-interactions, and visual animations
    (e.g., subtle parallax, scroll-triggered animations, interactive SVG elements) to enhance user engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Ensure optimal website speed, scalability, and performance (Core Web Vitals) across all devices by optimizing images, CSS, JavaScript, and leveraging caching techniques.
  • Theme & Plugin Management:
    Install, configure, and customize popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg) and essential plugins (e.g., SEO, security, performance) while maintaining best practices.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the design team to refine visual concepts and user flows, and with the back-end team on API integrations and custom development projects.
  • Code Quality & Maintenance:
    Utilize version control (Git) for clean code management, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues, and perform regular updates and security audits.
