Role & responsibilities

  • Manufacture and assemble mould parts as per drawings.
  • Operate CNC, EDM, wire cut, and grinding machines.
  • Carry out mould repair, polishing, and maintenance work.
  • Check part dimensions using measuring instruments.
  • Support mould trials and solve mould-related issues.
  • Keep records of mould maintenance and job progress.
  • Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards in the tool room.

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of plastic injection moulds.
  • Able to read drawings and use measuring tools.
  • Experience with machining and fitting operations.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM is a plus.
  • Problem-solving and teamwork attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical.
  • 1-5 years experience in plastic mould making.
