Job Description:

The candidate will have hands-on experience in mold making, manufacturing, and Assembly processes, with a strong understanding of tool room machinery and quality control. This role will require problem-solving abilities and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in mold making with a strong hands-on approach to manufacturing and Assembly processes.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings accurately to ensure correct molding specifications.
• Operate and maintain tool room machinery and quality control equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve molding-related issues using analytical problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tooling processes and optimize production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NTTF Diploma or CIPET Diploma.
• Experience with battery poly moulds is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of tooling, mould design, and manufacturing processes.
