Description
GlobalLogic is looking for a skilled and motivated eLearning Developer with a strong foundation in instructional design and digital content creation. The ideal candidate is experienced in transforming raw material into engaging, interactive online learning experiences and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in eLearning development.
• Strong proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Solid understanding of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Camtasia; knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Vyond is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free, high-quality deliverables.
• Strong ability to interpret and implement storyboards with minimal supervision.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately

Job responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Translate storyboards, SME input, and classroom recordings into effective online learning content.
• Apply learning principles and instructional design best practices to create high-impact learning solutions.
• Write and refine audio scripts to align with course content, learning scenarios, and multimedia elements.
• Create and edit learning videos using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Vyond.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather accurate content and feedback.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with branding and instructional guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Revise content based on SME feedback and maintain version control.
• Ensure all learning content adheres to the style guide and established templates.
