Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Digital Marketing Professional to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, developing marketing strategies, handling ad budgets, and driving measurable results across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Perform regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create effective ad creatives, landing pages, and social media content.
  • Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Handle social media strategies and content calendars to ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Oversee retargeting, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Guide and mentor junior marketing team members (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools (optional)
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
