Job Title: Debt Recovery Agent – Equitas Bank

Job Description:

We are seeking a Debt Collector to join Equitas Bank. The role involves visiting customers to collect payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining positive customer relations. The candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and able to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers for EMI / loan repayment collection.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
  • Build good rapport with customers while adhering to bank policies.
  • Report daily collections and updates to the manager.

Key Skills:

  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking & finance
  • Ability to work in the field independently
  • Target-oriented with customer-handling skills

Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

Experience: Fresher/Experienced in field collection preferred

Salary
