Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include administering employee benefits, overseeing recruitment processes, maintaining personnel records, and supporting management in fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires collaborating effectively with various departments to address employee concerns and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience in implementing and managing HR Policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in overseeing Employee Benefits and administering Benefits programs
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage diverse HR tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with labor laws are a plus
