Position: Lead Generator Executive

Location: KPHB, Road No: 1, Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: INR 15,000/- to INR 20,000/-

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for bank loans using cold calling, telemarketing, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential borrowers.
  • Understand client loan requirements and guide them on suitable loan products.
  • Qualify leads by assessing eligibility and readiness for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with internal loan officers and banking departments for smooth documentation and approval.
  • Maintain and update accurate client records and lead databases.
  • Follow up consistently with potential clients to convert leads into loan applications.
  • Achieve targeted conversion and lead generation metrics set by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products, loan types, and loan documentation preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle client queries.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience 1+ in lead generation, tele calling, sales, or banking sector is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with loan sales or financial product selling is beneficial
