Roles and Responsibilities Implementation of internal financial control processes and measures Ensuring adherence to statutory compliances Preparing, reviewing, analysing, and presenting financial statements and management reports.

Tracking KPIs and preparing relevant financial reports. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes. Understanding key business drivers.

Assisting project teams with financial guidance. Developing financial projections and building financial models. Performing research and analysis as required.

Managing and leading a team of financial analystsEnsuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations Requirements Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification is an added advantage Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, and modelling. Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.

Working knowledge of financial strategies. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems.
