Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Retail Outsource professional for a mid-level, full-time position located in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The role requires a hands-on professional with a strategic approach to retail operations and vendor management, complemented by strong skills in contract negotiation and outsourcing strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have vendor management experience for ensuring seamless operations and strong supplier relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation to secure beneficial terms with retail partners and vendors (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth understanding of retail operations, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to engage with various departments for integrated retail solutions.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective outsourcing strategies tailored to retail environments.
  • Experience in supply chain coordination to streamline processes and improve logistical efficiency.
  • Proven analytical skills to assess market trends and apply them to business strategies for retail outsourcing.

  • Coordinate and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best possible deals and partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth retail operations by managing day-to-day activities and resolving any operational issues.
  • Implement inventory management techniques to optimize stock levels and enhance store performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance retail strategies and operations.
  • Design and execute outsourcing strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce operational costs.
  • Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for retail outsourcing expansion.
