Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, transaction execution, and client relationship management. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals and play a key role in driving the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution:

  • Assist in the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial transactions
  • Prepare detailed financial models, valuations, and pitch books
  • Conduct due diligence and coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the transaction process

Financial Analysis:

  • Analyze financial statements and perform comprehensive financial and valuation analysis
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support transaction structuring and decision-making

Market Research:

  • Conduct industry and market research to support transaction opportunities and client presentations
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the team and clients

Client Interaction:

  • Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal teams
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional client service

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Senior Management, associates, and other analysts to support deal origination and execution
  • Mentor and train junior analysts and interns as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or a related field with exposure to deal closing
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
