Role Overview:

As the first voice of Ajays Caf QSR, you will be the friendly first connection for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to join our franchise family. Your job is to call incoming leads, provide basic franchise information, and create excitement and trust before passing them on to the senior team for closure. You are not just making calls — you're building relationships, inspiring dreams, and opening the doors to 200 + outlets worth of "Happy Wali Feeling"

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling & First Touch

  • Call all assigned leads from CRM, WhatsApp, website, ads, etc.
  • Introduce Ajay's Caf and explain the basics of our franchise model (investment, location, returns, etc.)
  • Record interest level, objections, location preference, and source of enquiry.

2. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups

  • Re-engage with warm leads every few days to resolve doubts and keep interest alive.
  • Update CRM or Google Sheet regularly with lead status.
  • Schedule appointments or call-backs for BDMs.

3. Relationship Building

  • Speak with warmth, clarity, and energy — make the prospect feel heard and valued.
  • Share digital brochures via WhatsApp, email or with template messages.
  • Maintain high-quality, polite, and professional conversation at all times.

4. Internal Coordination

  • Share hot leads with Franchise BDM daily.
  • Alert BDM/Legal/Finance if prospect demands immediate documents or personal interaction.
  • Support during franchise events, webinars, or live campaigns (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Confident & clear voice (Hindi essential, English & Gujarati preferred)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Friendly, patient, and persuasive
  • Comfortable using mobile apps, Google Sheets, CRM (basic)
  • Fast learner with strong grasping power
  • Target-driven and self-motivated

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum: HSC / Graduate in any stream (Arts/Commerce preferred)
  • Preferred: Basic computer course or CRM experience
  • QSR, Retail, EdTech, Insurance, or Franchise Sales experience is a plus
