Job Overview
The Tele caller will handle sales calls, customer feedback calls, and coordination tasks within the Sales & Operations department. The role focuses on improving customer experience, supporting daily operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Sales Calls
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain product details, offers, pricing, and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable items.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain call targets and update follow-up sheets.
Customer Feedback Calls
- Conduct post-order or service feedback calls.
- Record customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints accurately.
- Report negative feedback to the operations team immediately.
- Maintain polite and professional communication.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily call logs, feedback records, and other reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Operations team for smooth workflow.
- Share timely customer feedback to support operational improvements.
- Follow up with outlets on pending updates or tasks.
- Meet assigned targets while maintaining call quality.
Requirements
- 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an advantage)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
- Confident, polite, and target-focused
- Experience in tele calling, sales, or customer support is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
