**Job Title: Telecaller Executive**
**Location: Navsari**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a Telecaller Executive to join our team. The primary role will involve reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone and providing excellent customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and queries.
- Follow up on received queries with other department to resolve.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Good communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
- Basic computer knowledge to update call records.
- Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure
