Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management and Reconciliation:

  • Amazon FBA & Myntra SJIT inventory reconciliation.
  • Exporting and managing inventory, order, return, inward, and dispatch reports.

Order Processing and Customer Support:

  • Processing orders on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Ajio, and Myntra.
  • Managing returns and resolving customer queries.
  • Raise claims on the MP for products not received at the Warehouse

Payment Check and Invoicing:

  • Checking payment status of prepaid orders with respective payment gateways.
  • Downloading invoices and raising tickets on marketplaces.

Requirements:

  • Should be a graduate
  • 3-8 years of experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce or logistics
  • Familiarity with order management systems (e.g. Vinculum, Shopify, Unicommerce, Magento, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
