We are currently seeking a skilled Computer Operator to join our ecommerce team based in Mumbai. As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for supporting our ecommerce operations by efficiently handling computer systems and performing various tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Your proficiency in Excel, typing, English reading and writing skills, as well as English comprehension, will be valuable in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment to support ecommerce operations.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, utilizing Excel and other relevant software.
- Process customer orders, ensuring timely and error-free order fulfillment.
- Monitor system performance, promptly identifying and addressing any technical issues that arise.
- Maintain inventory records and assist in inventory management.
- Provide technical support to resolve computer hardware and software problems.
- Conduct regular backups and data transfers to ensure data integrity and security.
- Generate reports, analyze data, and extract meaningful insights to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and respond to customer inquiries or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong English reading and writing skills.
- Effective English comprehension for understanding instructions and communicating with colleagues.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and order management systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: The salary for this position is expected to be in the range of 10,000 - 15,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Hiring Process**: The hiring process will involve a test to assess technical skills followed by an interview to evaluate suitability for the role.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
