About the Role:

We're looking for a Content Producer who can help take our YouTube content from rough idea to ready-to-publish. You'll be the bridge between creators, editors, writers, voice-over artists, and the upload team, making sure every piece of content moves smoothly and stays on track.

This role is ideal for someone who's digitally sharp, organized, and passionate about content — even if they're not a writer or video editor themselves. You'll work behind the scenes to make high-performing videos come to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end content pipeline — scripting, editing, voice-overs, thumbnails, uploads
  • Maintain and update internal content trackers
  • Ensure videos are moving through each stage without delay
  • Review content outlines and scripts for clarity, flow, and audience engagement
  • Collaborate with content leads and creators to plan weekly outputs
  • Suggest content packaging ideas or improvements to workflow

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital content writing, production, publishing, or media
  • Extremely organized, great at follow-ups and timelines
  • Strong understanding of digital content and audience preferences
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (verbal + written)
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, and project management tools
