The Role We're hiring a high-energy Video Producer to create, edit, and publish video content across You Tube and Shorts. You'll own 2-3 video properties from recording to publication—both online and offline content. What You'll Do Record and edit engaging video content for multiple formats Manage full production pipeline: concept → recording → editing → publishing Create optimized content for You Tube long-form and Shorts Write titles, descriptions, and design thumbnails Maintain publishing schedules and track performance Must Have: High energy and self-starter attitude Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Understanding of You Tube platform and optimization Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Nice to Have: Short-form content experience Basic graphic design skills Remote recording experience Experience Level: All levels welcome - we value energy and drive over experience.
