Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Manager role based in Noida. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading teams, and ensuring the achievement of project deliverables. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team management, performance monitoring, and providing support to team members in achieving organizational goals. Additionally, the Manager will be tasked with driving process optimization, building effective communication channels, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure objectives are met efficiently.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing domains such as SEO, SMO, and PPC
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and budgeting processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous management experience in digital marketing or a similar industry is a plus
