Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Staff Consultant specializing in US IT Recruitment to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position with a primary focus on leveraging recruitment expertise to support our clients' technology staffing needs. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, project management, and exceptional client relationship skills to ensure successful recruitment processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in US IT recruitment, ensuring a deep understanding of the market and trends. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated ability in project management to handle multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
  • Strong business process improvement skills to enhance recruitment strategies and drive operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools for analyzing recruitment data and driving data-informed decisions.
  • Effective strategic planning skills to align recruitment practices with business goals.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills to maintain and grow partnerships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for creating recruitment reports and managing data.
  • Experience with change management to adapt strategies in response to client or market changes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
