Job Overview

We are seeking a Staff Consultant specialized in US IT Recruitment to join our dynamic team. This is a mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The role can be either an internship or full-time engagement, based in our headquarters in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring efficient staffing solutions.

  • Implement and manage ERP systems to enhance recruitment tracking and database management.
  • Provide training and support to junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
