Position Details

  • Salary Range: Up to 17 LPA

Job Overview

The GM – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading and driving the Sales & Marketing strategy across KW Group's commercial and residential portfolio. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of relevant industry experience and proven leadership abilities to guide teams, deliver results, and scale business growth.

We also welcome experienced professionals from industries such as Banking, Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile Sales, and Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute sales & marketing strategies for multiple projects.
  • Lead Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate Tie-up activities.
  • Manage and grow relationships with channel partners to drive revenue.
  • Conduct market forecasting and identify key business opportunities.
  • Define market positioning and design strategies to capture key customer segments.
  • Analyze campaign responses vs. sales conversions and optimize strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to generate new business opportunities for the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales & marketing team to achieve targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Specialization in Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • Experience: 7+ years in Sales & Marketing (Real Estate experience preferred)
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and business development
