Role Overview The Technology Team Lead will serve as both a technicalarchitect and a people leader. This is a hands -on leadership role requiring abalance between coding, mentoring, and strategic oversight. The incumbent willlead a cross -functional development team while ensuring timely, high -qualitydelivery across Dentalkart's web, mobile, and backend platforms. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem -solver with deep technicalacumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable,reliable systems.Key Responsibilities·       Lead, mentor, and develop a high -performing teamof frontend, backend, and mobile developers.·       Oversee the design, development, and maintenanceof Dentalkart's website (React) and mobile application (React Native).·       Manage backend architecture using , SQL,and Django (Python).·       Collaborate cross -functionally with Product,Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver business -aligned technologicalsolutions.·       Oversee and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure(EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch) for scalability and performance.·       Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines(GitLab/GitHub Actions) ensuring seamless deployments.·       Ensure system reliability, monitor uptime, andtroubleshoot production issues effectively.·       Define sprint plans, monitor project progress,and manage deliverables using Jira or equivalent project management tools. RequirementsRequired Skills & Experience·       10–15 years of total professional experience infull -stack development.·       Minimum 3 years of proven experience in leadingtechnical teams or managing engineering functions.·       Strong hands -on expertise in JavaScript,, React, and React Native.·       Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) andworking knowledge of Django (Python).·       Experience in AWS cloud services including EC2,S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.·       Thorough understanding of REST APIs,microservices architecture, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.·       Strong analytical, architectural design, andtroubleshooting skills.·       Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teammanagement abilities.
