If you thrive in solving complex technical challenges while empowering people to perform at their best — this is your stage.Must-Have Skills & Experience: Proven Expertise: 8+ years of experience in IT or Managed Services with at least 2 years in a Team Lead or Tech Lead capacity. MSP Experience: Strong background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments — a minimum of 4 years is required. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Windows Servers, Networking, Virtualization, Active Directory, O365, and VMWare. Leadership & Communication: Skilled in team management, coaching, and client communication — ensuring operational excellence and high performance.What You’ll Do: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 15–20 engineers (L1–L3 levels). Oversee daily operations, ensuring high service quality and SLA adherence. Provide escalation support for complex issues across Wintel, Firewalls, Office 365, and Networking. Conduct 1:1s, quarterly reviews, and drive performance improvement. Collaborate with peers and process teams to enhance delivery and efficiency.
