Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Chef De Partie (Pastry). The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty. They will oversee and train junior staff members, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and ensure high-quality food production. The role involves collaborating with the Department Head Chef to innovate new dishes and contribute to menu planning.

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
