Role Overview
We are expanding our business and hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) across Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, J&K, and Himachal Pradesh to promote Direct and B2B Sales in government and corporate sectors. This role involves extensive field visits, client meetings, and business generation activities within the assigned region
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential clients across government departments, institutions, and private organizations.
- Promote and generate leads for the company's products and services across fire, security, IT, and education verticals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports, including check-in and checkout details on the CRM application.
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing / IT), B. Tech (ECE or Electrical), or any relevant graduate degree.
- Candidates must clearly mention the name of their school & college for 10th, 12th, and higher education in their CV with the latest photograph.
- Kindly mention you're interested in vertical along with location.
- Experience: 03 years (Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel are welcome).
- Lock-in period: 1-2 years or more.
- Vehicle: Must own a two- or four-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (mandatory).
Other Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Additional Information
- This is a field-based profile involving regular travel within Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh.
- Candidates must attach their latest photograph to the CV.

Compensation
- Salary: As per industry standards (fixed + performance-based incentives).
- The job is target-based and requires traveling
