Qualification: Graduate degree in Medicine/ allied (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, etc.) with MPH /diploma in Health Management or PG degree/diploma in Hospital Management.

Successful track record of identifying, cultivating, soliciting and closing partnerships

Contract Period: 12 months

Subjected to renewal based on project funding and performance of staff as recommended by State Nodal Officer NCD.

Job Description

1) Coordinate with districts health authorities, State task force, HUB, SPOKE and relevant stakeholders in effective implementation of STEMI project.

2) Conducting field visits and frequent interactions with programme teams at HUB and SPOKES (e.g. attending monthly progress checks, brainstorms) for ensuring smooth and effective coordination of teams in a cluster

3) Assist the State and district authorities in establishing good practices in all activities under STEMI project, including quality assurance, supervision and monitoring; facilitating regular review of activities with State Nodal Officers and State Task force.

4) Provide technical assistance in timely and complete electronic reporting of activities and information, using the standardized recording and reporting system;

5) Facilitate uninterrupted drug supply at all levels by building capacity for drug stock management at HUB and SPOKES. Monitoring supply and consumption of Thrombolytic agents and other ancillary drugs and prompt reporting of low stocks and stock outs

6) Facilitate periodic training and capacity building sessions for the health staff at HUB and SPOKE

7) Coordinate with MJPJAY for facilitating free treatment to eligible patients

8) Experience of working in health sector in role of program/project management

9) Demonstrating ability to manage and implement large scale health projects

10) Strong Coordination, Follow up and Independently able to manage the relationship with implementing and coordinating teams

11) Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders

12) Very Strong Communication Skills (Oral and Written). Especially English , Hindi and Marathi

13) Demonstrated ability to practicing Innovation and Change. Develop new and innovative ways to improve delivery, optimize costs, and improve strategy and engagement.

Remuneration The incumbent will be compensated in terms of salary and designation comparable to industry standards and will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
