  • Oversee housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen operations to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Manage infrastructure maintenance—electricals, plumbing, HVAC, and building utilities.
  • Monitor facility audits, upkeep, and workplace safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for statutory approvals and renewals (e.g., Fire NOC, Factory License).
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain inventory and procurement of office supplies and consumables.
  • Supervise office renovations, seating plans, and workspace improvements.
  • Support company events, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRMS updates.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, and leave encashment.
  • Participate in employee engagement, communication, and grievance handling.
  • Implement best practices in workplace safety, hygiene, and emergency preparedness.
  • Support senior management in implementing new administrative policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
