Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform facilitating the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. The company handles over 15,000 transactions annually worth more than $1 billion, with operations extending to global markets such as the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Powered by data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional real estate marketplaces, with a vision to establish the first MLS in India. Adjacent B2C platforms such as Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital are rapidly scaling to become industry leaders.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Associate Sales Manager. The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, driving revenue growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and executing sales strategies. Key tasks include client outreach, conducting market research, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including client outreach, deal closure, and revenue growth
- Experience managing a team of sales professionals
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
