Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Design and Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and a keen interest in preparing competitive offers and cost estimates. This role requires excellent computer proficiency, strong English communication skills (written and spoken), and a proactive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and quotations.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
  • Assist in design-related tasks as needed (AutoCAD or similar).
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain and update estimation databases and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with the management and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred).
  • Proven experience in estimation and/or technical design roles.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar software).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

What We Offer:

  • Salary range: ₹3 to ₹6 Lakhs per annum, paid monthly around the 15th.
