JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling

Contact potential customers through telephone to introduce the company's printing machines and related products.

Maintain a daily call log and track prospects' responses.

  1. Customer Relationship Management

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert them into sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

  1. Product Information & Demonstration Scheduling

Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly to customers over the phone.

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demonstrations or site visits.

  1. Order Coordination & Documentation

Assist customers with order placement, payment follow-ups, and required documentation.

Coordinate internally with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order processing.

  1. Market Feedback & Reporting

Collect feedback on products, pricing, and competitors from customers.

Prepare daily reports on call performance, customer queries, and sales updates.

  1. Customer Service & Complaint Handling

Address customer concerns or route them to the appropriate department.

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction.

  1. Database Management

Maintain and update the customer database regularly with correct contact information and call history.

  1. Arranging daily meetings to Marketing staffs & follow up.

  2. Handling the India Mart site to generate lead.

  3. Proper follow up of reports & converting to business

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
