Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential job seekers
  • Explain job roles and assess candidates based on client requirements
  • Convert inquiries to training program enrollments
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of daily calls and outcomes

Requirements

Mandatory: Proven experience in German recruitment

  • Previous telecalling experience (preferably in HR, recruitment, or sales)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
