Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and experienced VOICE / VOIP / NOC Engineers to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidates should have a solid background in network operations and voice technologies, excellent communication skills, and must be open to working in a 24/7 shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain VOIP/Voice network infrastructure and services.

  • Troubleshoot network and VOIP-related issues and provide quick resolutions.

  • Configure and manage network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and voice gateways.

  • Work closely with telecom vendors and service providers.

  • Provide L1/L2 support and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions.

  • Ensure high availability and reliability of voice communication systems.

  • Participate in shift rotations including night shifts and weekends.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 6 years in VOICE/VOIP/NOC roles.

  • Strong knowledge of VOIP technologies, SIP, RTP, and network protocols.

  • Hands-on experience with NOC operations, incident management, and root cause analysis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

  • Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment including night shifts and holidays.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
