We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Voice Engineer to join our dynamic team based in Pune. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in voice support, telephony infrastructure, or network operations related to VoIP and voice technologies. The position requires immediate availability, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
As a Voice Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our voice systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining voice infrastructure, addressing customer and internal issues, and working in a fast-paced support environment. The ideal candidate must be technically sound, solution-oriented, and possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:Provide technical support for voice infrastructure during US business hours.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice systems, VoIP, and telephony applications.
Monitor call quality, performance, and availability of voice systems.
Collaborate with other IT and network teams to ensure seamless communication services.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of voice hardware and software components.
Document issues, processes, and system configurations for reference and compliance.
Provide end-user support and training where necessary.
Ensure adherence to SLA and compliance standards.
Key Requirements:1 to 5 years of relevant experience in voice/network support roles.
Strong understanding of voice technologies including VoIP, SIP, and PBX systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to analyze and solve technical issues in real time.
Exposure to tools like Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or other voice platforms is a plus.
Willingness to work night shifts and rotational shifts based on business needs.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
Eligibility Criteria:Candidate must be based in Pune and willing to report to the office.
Immediate joiners only – candidates must be able to join within 7 days.
