Position Overview

  • Role:
    Drive ServiceNow architecture, define requirements, design solutions, deliver capabilities.
  • Scope:
    Platform design, implementation, governance, solution integrity, enterprise rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with executives → capture pain points & requirements
  • Translate needs into
    ServiceNow solutions
  • Maintain
    technical integrity
    (governance, change control, impact assessments)
  • Lead
    architecture & design workshops
  • Oversee
    enhancements & enterprise program delivery
  • Hands-on:
    Workflows, IntegrationHub, Workspaces, NowAssist, UI/UX, Performance Analytics, scripting (JS, HTML, business rules, ACLs, catalog items, dictionary)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stay updated on latest SNOW practices

Qualifications

  • Delivery Architect role (consulting environment preferred)
  • 8+ yrs ServiceNow hands-on experience
  • Strong ITIL/ESM/Asset Mgmt/SecOps/AI/Low-code exposure
  • Scripting in JavaScript, HTML
  • Certifications:
    CSA mandatory; CIS & App Dev preferred
  • Soft skills:
    Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, collaboration
