Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Team Lead - Blockchain at Livegage. We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Engineer with hands-on experience in Hyperledger Fabric to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade blockchain solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and performant distributed ledger applications that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement permissioned blockchain networks using Hyperledger Fabric.
  • Develop chaincode (smart contracts) in for business logic implementation.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage Fabric components (Orderers, Peers, CAs, Channels).
  • Optimize blockchain network performance, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
  • Implement identity and access management using Fabric CA / external identity providers.
  • Work closely with DevOps to set up CI/CD pipelines for blockchain deployments.
  • Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and ensure developer best practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric architecture and development.
  • Strong programming skills in Go and/or
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of cryptography, consensus protocols, and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Linux environments, Git, and CI/CD tools.
