Job Title: Manager Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute offline marketing activities including events, print media, outdoor campaigns, and branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing deliverables.
  • Manage end-to-end consultant communication providing briefs, ensuring alignment, and conducting regular follow-ups.
  • Track, analyze, and maintain detailed records of campaign performance and consultant outcomes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards across all offline marketing channels.
  • Support management in strategizing and driving marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in Offline Marketing (events, branding, print, outdoor).
  • Proven ability to manage consultant and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Real Estate industry preferred).
