Roles and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with production team for inventory replenishment.

Order Processing: Manage order fulfillment across B2B and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor and track order status, addressing issues promptly. Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for product availability and packaging.

B2B and E-commerce Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of B2B and e-commerce channels. Optimize processes for both platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. Analyze sales data and provide insights for improving operational strategies.

Invoices and Documentation: Generate and process invoices & other required documents. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions. Verify the accuracy of invoices against sales orders.

Dispatch and Logistics: Coordinate dispatch schedules and ensure timely deliveries. Supervise inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving and dispatching goods. Work closely with logistics partners to manage shipping timelines and resolve delivery issues.

Requirement: Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Ecommerce Operations /Warehouse/Logistic Operations or similar.

Mandatory Languages to know (English, Hindi) Proficiency in MS Excel, and other CRM software Understanding of logistics and delivery processes.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.

Flexible to work extended hours.
