Requirements
  • A seasoned geospatial professional with over 8 years of experience in geospatial data analysis, application development, and system optimization.
  • Skilled in developing robust geospatial solutions using Spring Boot microservices and Java, with a strong commitment to data accuracy, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret complex geospatial datasets to drive informed business decisions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain geospatial applications using Spring Boot microservices and Java-based architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored geospatial solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through comprehensive testing, validation, and routine updates.
  • Optimize geospatial data processing workflows to enhance efficiency and system performance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for geospatial systems and applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of application architecture, workflows, and processes.
  • Mentor junior analysts and developers in geospatial technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality and maintainability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in geospatial analytics.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable geospatial solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of geospatial tools, frameworks, and development practices.
  • Proficient in Java and Spring Boot microservices, with a strong understanding of modern software architecture
  • Experienced in geospatial data processing tools and spatial analysis techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams and with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work in hybrid work environments and manage priorities independently
