Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst candidate with 4–5 years of experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce & maintain scalable business performance reports & dashboards
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis & data discovery with quality checks needed for reports
  • Summarise trends in KPIs and performance with details bringing out the actionable insights
  • Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements.
  • May occasionally guide less experienced business data analysts

Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a data analytics/ BI role
  • Fluency in conducting data discovery and quality checks and writing SQL Queries
  • Building dashboards using Looker and G-sheet
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen and curiosity
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and quantitative thinking

  • Having domain knowledge of Marketing and Product analysis will be good to have

  • Good to have skills & experience in Hypothesis, AB testing, Cohort analytics and Exploratory Data Analysis
