International Customer Support Executive – Voice & Non-Voice (Work from Office, Jaipur)

We're expanding our customer experience division in Jaipur and are hiring skilled English communicators for our international voice and non-voice (chat/email) processes.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage international customer queries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism.
• Provide accurate, timely information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks while resolving customer issues.
• Document and escalate issues when needed through internal systems.
• Collaborate with your team to improve service standards and efficiency.

Who Can Apply:

• Education: 10+2, Undergraduate, or Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Freshers and Experienced professionals are welcome.
• Must-Have Skills:
• Excellent spoken & written English.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic computer & typing proficiency.
• Availability: Willing to work in night shift (5.5 days a week).
• Relocation: Must be open to relocating to Jaipur (Company provides support).
