Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain both Atlassian Jira and Microsoft 365 environments. 

Key Responsibilities:

Jira Administration:

• Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and schemes.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.
• Create dashboards, filters, and reports for stakeholders.
• Implement automation rules and optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Teams).
• Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide user support.

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and security groups in Azure Active Directory.
• Configure and enforce security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP).
• Monitor system health and compliance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Provide support for email, Teams, and SharePoint issues.
• Implement backup and recovery strategies for Microsoft 365 data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration with Jira and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Understanding of security and compliance best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Atlassian and Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert).
• Experience with Jira automation, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Intune and Endpoint Manager.
