Job Description

We are looking for experienced and highly skilled
Dynamics Engineers
with strong expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Commerce, CRM, CE, and Supply Chain modules and should be proficient in configuring, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and implement
    Microsoft Dynamics 365
    solutions (Commerce / CRM / CE / Supply Chain).
  • Utilize OOTB features, configurations, flows, and functionalities to build scalable solutions.
  • Work on
    CRM modules
    , including
    Case Management
    and
    Workflow Automation
    .
  • Develop and manage
    schema definitions
    and integrate Dynamics 365 with backend and third-party systems using
    REST
    or
    GraphQL
    APIs.
  • Manage and configure
    Azure AD B2C
    and identity & access management solutions.
  • Work with
    Power Platform
    including
    Power Apps
    and
    Power Automate
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work within
    Azure cloud architecture
    ,
    Azure DevOps
    , and pipelines.
  • Use tools like
    Jira
    or similar project management applications.

  • Experience in
    fintech, SME lending, payments, digital banking, or embedded finance
    .
  • Functional knowledge of
    B2B marketplaces
    or similar platforms.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in
