Job Description
We are actively looking for a ServiceNow Developer FSM with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end Field Service Management (FSM) implementation from scratch, including design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end FSM implementations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
  • Design and implement solutions across Field Service Management (FSM) modules including Dispatch, Work Order Management, Mobile Configuration, and Scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).
  • Perform integration of FSM with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-deployment.

Required Skills

  • 5 to 8 years of solid experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Field Service Management (FSM).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end FSM implementations from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and automation workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Excellent communication skills ability to clearly articulate technical ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills team player with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice To Have

  • ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or FSM Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
