Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the long-term engineering strategy across infrastructure, data, AI, and product engineering, translating company bets into actionable, scalable goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization by hiring, growing, and coaching managers and technical leads.
• Drive organization-wide AI adoption to achieve significant productivity gains through innovative, AI-enabled practices in hiring, execution, and product delivery.
• Set a high bar for execution by instituting clear operating rhythms, review mechanisms, and scalable processes that ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• Provide strategic clarity and guardrails for complex, high-stakes decisions that balance product vision, scalability, and business needs.
• Ensure technical alignment across the organization through consistent application of architectural principles, quality standards, and AI-first patterns.
• Design resilient, secure, and cost-optimized systems that support 10x scale and real-time use cases.
• Champion a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and high accountability with transparent feedback loops and recognition of team accomplishments.

What We Look For

Skills:

• 12+ years of engineering experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership roles managing managers and technical leads.
• Proven success in scaling high-performing engineering organizations in product-led environments.
• Deep expertise in modern system design, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), microservices, and data-intensive applications.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML systems and LLM architecture to effectively drive AI-native product development.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence executive decision-making, balancing long-term technical health with near-term business needs.
• Exceptional communicator and cross-functional influencer with a passion for mentorship, culture-building, and leading through leaders.

Qualifications

• Required Experience:
  12+ years in engineering with 3–5 years in senior leadership roles.
