Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Specialist, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for sourcing new clients, showing properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales transactions. Liaising with clients to understand their property needs and providing excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process will be essential. The role also requires staying updated with market trends and providing sound real estate advice backed by data analysis.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Skills in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property handling
- Strong Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in technology and market data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
