About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales and business development. The role focuses on lead qualification, client engagement, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding client requirements and assessing fit.
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and professional networks to schedule meetings or demos.
- Research potential clients and prepare briefs for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and relevant documentation.
- Continuously learn about company offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with a professional approach.
- Eagerness to learn sales processes, lead qualification techniques, and CRM tools.
- Ability to research, analyze information, and engage with prospects confidently.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a good team player.
