Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customersManage and lead a team of customer service representatives, tellers, and other branch personnelDevelop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiencyCollaborate with other departments within the Consumer Banking Group to align branch activities with the overall business objectivesMonitor and analyze branch-level data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvementEnsure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsFoster a positive and customer-centric work environment within the branchRequirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industryStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on insightsDemonstrated track record of driving operational efficiency and improving branch performanceThorough understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirementsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersApply Now
